No 2 plans should be the same, of course there are thousands of generic plans and programs online that you can follow.
But the truth is if you want to maximise results and make a real change then this plan needs to revolve around you!
Lets use an example, examples are always good.
Say John and Carol walk into the gym and say we want to do a personal program. John says " I want to learn a bit of boxing and have a body like Anthony Joshua"
Carol says " I want to lose fat and tone up to look and feel great on holiday"
2 completely different programs, 2 separate goals, 2 plans we can make happen.
"New me starts Monday"
We've all been there haven't we, you say to yourself you want to lose weight and get fit, or learn something new.
